The tentative title for this song was “Kodowariiyo” but I’m not sure why they decided to change it to this other title. o.O;
“kodawari” is an annoying word to translate because it covers a LOT more context than can be conveyed in single English words. It’s basically to be picky about things or close to obsessed about the way something is done, but generally in a more positive light.
